This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully furnished apartment located above the garage of our historic Fairmount Blvd mansion. Rent starts at $2,500 for a one month stay. Extended stay rates are negotiable. Reilly Properties is Cleveland's professional short term provider. From the one week vacation to the extended stay of 3 months or more, we are flexible with our lease terms and open to price negotiation. We offer all of our guests a variety of a la carte options to help make their stay in Cleveland as wonderful and stress-free as possible. This is the perfect setup for one to two people, SUPER PET FRIENDLY! Ask about our dog walking services. The unit has its own private entrance with a keyless entry. The living room has a couch, a wing-back chair, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, a fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. NOTE: No dishwasher provided. There is a queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom and living room are carpeted. Guests may use the garage. No more than 2 cars allowed. Washing machine and dryer are free to use located near the unit entrance. It's about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district where you'll find local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University are a few miles away. You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street filled with restaurants and shopping, great Cleveland Heights breweries, Starbucks, Target, and Walmart.
