Your gross monthly household income has to be at least 3 times the rent (not per person). No pets Move-in costs: First month rent + security deposit. The security deposit is the same amount as one month's rent. If you meet these pre-qualifications, we can schedule a tour. After touring, you can submit an application. Each adult who wants to live there must complete an application. The application fee is $30 per adult.
