All apartments are nice clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with center heat, central AC, and unfinished basements containing washer/dryer hookups. Property has its own parking right outside the unit and a yard in the center of the community and all new carpet throughout the apartment. Tenants provide their own appliances or they can be included for a separate rent. Tenants pay utilities. 1-1.5 month security deposit required depending on results of background check.
