Waterway Landing 214G is a beautifully decorated and clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the waterway in the Waterway Landing community. This stunning North Myrtle Beach rental has gorgeous views of the intracoastal waterway. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed; the other with 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a TV. The living area opens up to the balcony (sun room) that overlooks the waterway. The balcony is enclosed with glass and has a table and chairs for 4 and other seating for a comfortable and relaxing time. The kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances needed to prepare a meal and has 3 bar stools at the bar. This condo has 2 bathrooms. One bathroom has a tub and shower combination. The other bathroom has a shower stall. A washer and dryer are also in the condo and there is free WiFi. Waterway Landing 214G is on the 3rd floor and does not have an elevator. Waterway Landing is a well manicured, gated community that offers 2 outdoor pools, hot tub, bike racks, and grilling area with picnic tables. Pets are not allowed. Motorcycles are not allowed. Golf carts are not allowed by renters. This is a non-smoking condo. This community is suited for families only. No students or student groups.
