Please note that this is a furnished rental for traveling professionals that fall into a specific criteria for us to process the application to rent this unit. This is a 2 person maximum occupancy. Enjoy having your own space and privacy in this gated community that has a fitness center and pool. Community Regional Medical Center and UCSF Fresno are so close it's an 8 min walk or a 2-minute drive! Also just a 10-15 min drive to Clovis Community Hospital. The location is near Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, Amtrak, Fresno City Hall, VA hospital, and Bitwise. This unit is perfect for a traveling professional that needs a safe, private, quiet place to work and unwind. Minimum lease length is 30 days. A queen bed accommodates double occupancy with a designated carport on the premises and a second car is street parking across the condo at your own risk. Utilities are included with a cap of $250 for heating and cooling. Anything over $250/mo is billed to the Tenant. Tell us something about yourself and please send us a picture of your driver's license, proof of assignment/internship, or contract/ letter and let us know where you'll be working and anticipated check-in and check-out dates. We require a signed lease agreement and a refundable deposit and a one-time turnover cleaning fee. Please note that we process applications on a first come first serve basis after all requested documents are received. Income must be 3x the rent. Tenant must have good references and can't have evictions. Minimum credit score is 661. Tenant must pass a background check. No pets, no smoking, no drugs. We are looking for mature professionals who will treat the space the same way you treat your home. We request no shoes inside the unit. There is a surveillance camera limited to the exterior of the unit for security. Please note: A long term lease will require a $39.99 background application fee for any adult over 18 years old through KeyCheck and a deposit equivalent to a month's rent. KeyCheck uses Transunion to pull reports (soft pull) - your score wont be impacted.
