The upstairs unit has hard wood floors in the living, office, and bedroom space. The unit includes a kitchen - with tile floor, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, a large living room, and an extra room that could be used as an office or den type space. The unit also has a newly installed heating and cooling system. This unit also has access to a laundry room downstairs with some storage space available that is shared with the downstairs unit. The rent for this unit includes utilities - which includes water, electricity, lawn care, and waste collection. Unfortunately pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. 1 year minimum lease required. The unit comes with one off street parking space in the driveway. This is our only rental property in Washington - if you rent this property you will get a real, responsive landlord that fixes issues immediately.
