Freshly remodeled and fully furnished apartment with beautiful hardwood floors, views and great location. The apartment is located within the Historic District of Ashland. The apartment has it's own separate stairs (accessed from the backyard) and is the upstairs of the duplex. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub as well. The Apartment is located only 4 blocks from downtown Ashland's restaurants, shops and Lithia Park. You can walk to everything; we're also close to lots of trails and hiking. The apartment has it's own separate deck, secure entrance. The backyard has fountains, walkways, beautiful pollinator plants and there's even chickens. There's also an outdoor kitchen; wood fired pizza oven and lots of outdoor hang out spots on the patio. Apartment is fully furnished, landlord pays for electricity and gas. There's a gas heated stove as well as gas-stove in kitchen to cook with. We are willing to take a pet provided on the kind of pet it is and with a pet deposit of $500.00. There is no smoking in the premises and there's plenty of street parking. Because this is a furnished rental, it's rented out on month-month basis, and any partial month (after the first month) will be prorated. Move in costs are: first month's rent, security deposit and cleaning fee. There is a cleaning fee of $150.00 that is non-refundable. Lease is a month-month rental; this is designed to be a short-term rental (preferably between 3 months to 6 months) rental period.
