**This is not an apartment- it is half of our house (divided by locked doors) with a private entrance.** Beautiful mountain and vineyard views at this country setting, moments from both Medford and Ashland. Great walking trails along the irrigation trails, where you can view the tablerocks, and the entire city of Medford. Private entry to your side of this ranch style house, including a standing shower in your private bath and access to the large capacity washer/dryer. My husband , Gord, and I have 2 small dogs and 2 indoor/outdoor cats on our side of the house. We have goats on our acreage to pet/ play with, if you like goats. No smoking, assigned off-street parking. All utilities included, including charter high speed internet. Medium size fridge/freezer in kitchenette/living room-no oven. There is an oven style air-fryer and a hot plate. Washer/dryer on site may be used between 8am-8pm. We would prefer a shorter lease term of 3-6 months, so we can use the space for family visits as well.
