Three bedroom apartment on first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen. NO pets, NO smoking. One year lease minimum (may prefer to extend for 16 month lease with a 1 year renewable lease thereafter). Off street parking for two vehicles max. Background checks are performed and required for all persons over 18 years of age. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Must meet income requirements with proof (pay-stubs, bank statements, letters of approval from agencies, etc). There are no washer/dryer hook-ups or connections allowed. Water/sewer is included. Tenants pay for electric and gas. Must meet income requirements and be "pre-qualified" by answering a few questions via phone call so please ensure there is a valid phone number provided. Proof of income is required as well (see above). No exceptions. Owner pays for water. Tenant responsible for gas and electric (and any other utilities); snow removal (sidewalks and driveway).
