This one bedroom and one bathroom unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry units, living space, kitchen table, and a King sized bed. You will have access to a private balcony with direct ocean views that are unobstructed. No long term lease available. All utilities are included since this is a monthly, Winter rental. NO LONG TERM LEASE AVAILABLE. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. This is a Fall/Winter rental (month-to-month). We allow rentals between November through April 1st, 2024.
