You can see the ocean, the pool, and the marsh. 2 full bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Smart Tvs (or Roku) in bdrms and LR. Visit the balcony from the LR or master and enjoy that fresh ocean air! Ocean Annie's is just a steps away, as is a liquor store, beach store, bar/grill. There's paid laundry on site if needed, or we can supply you with info for laundry service. We supply beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys and have a fully stocked kitchen. Free parking for one car. The unit is fully furnished with a king sized bed in the master and 3 twins in the second bedroom (one is a trundle). The sofa has a pull-out bed as well, in case you have visitors! ATTENTION SNOWBIRDS!
