Sliding door leads to a private deck. Owner pays trash, recycling, lawn care, snow removal, and HOA dues. Tenant pays electric and water, which will fluctuate based on usage, as well as sewer and stormwater (currently $55 per month; increases will be passed along to tenant), which will be added to the monthly rent invoice. No smoking allowed. Ask about our pet policy and the associated fees - we only allow small cats and dogs of specific breeds. All applicants must authorize a $35 per person non-refundable application fee, which includes a credit and background check. Prospective tenants must see the property before applying. Proof of income for the last 30 days is required. To meet income and credit score qualifications, applicants' combined weekly gross income must be near or equal to 1 month's rent and credit scores should be 650+. A lease term of less than 1 year will not be considered.
