Hi, I'm renting out a private studio apartment in my private house here in Travis, Staten Island for $1,400 per month. The space has been freshly painted and comes with its own refrigerator and stove. I will be taking care of the water utility, and the tenant will cover their gas and light bills separately. If you don't happen to drive, there is a 24-hour bus line a few blocks away on Victory Boulevard. When it comes to doing laundry, there is a laundromat less than 10 minutes away by car or bus at Richmond Avenue that is easily accessible. Me and my wife love pets, however we both suffer from allergies, so pets of any kind and/or breed are not permitted in the apartment. Sorry, thank you for your understanding. I have a strict no-smoking policy as I want to uphold the hygiene of the home, so smoking is absolutely prohibited and will not be tolerated under any circumstances both in the apartment and/or near the home.
