It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a kitchen, a living room, and a laundry room. The square footage is around 1700. The master bedroom has a king bed and an office nook, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin day bed with a sit stand desk. The term of the lease is a minimum of 3 months per the CCRs of the area and up until Dec 31st with no potential for any additional time. We really are looking for someone around late Oct through to the end of December. The garage is not included in the lease. No pets are allowed and no additional furniture can be added and the exiting furniture cannot be moved around. The basement is move in ready. Within 1-2 hour from many great places, Zion, Bryce, Brianhead, Kolab, hiking, Vegas, St George, etc If you have any additional questions, please let us know.
