The monthly lease charge is $950 due on the the 1st day of each month. There will be a $75 late fee assessed on the 5th day following the 1st day of the month. A security deposit $950 will be due at lease signing. A $400 cleaning deposit will also be collected. If rents are current and apartment is vacated without damage, all deposits are refundable after 10 days from date of move out. Owner pays utilities All snow removal to be done by tenants in a reasonable amount of time. Service/companion animals are exempt from the "No Pets" policy, pet deposit, and monthly fees. Residents with such animals must provide verified documentation before the service/companion animal can enter the Premises. Tenant is responsible to provide renters insurance and provide proof of insurance prior to entering into the apartment. No smoking is allowed inside apartment. No smoking is allowed within 25 feet of any exterior opening of the premises that contain apartments. No modifications to any and all parts of the apartment interior or exterior. No mounting, drilling or placement of cable, internet or broadcast television hardware on the structure, without prior landlord approval. Apon application for approval of lease, tenant will be provided with all required tenant screening criteria before any payment will be accepted.
