This apartment is two stories. There is a huge front porch and a two story back porch. The rooms are large with lots of windows. Upstairs rooms have hardwood floors and downstairs rooms are carpeted. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has an eat-in kitchen. There are laundry facilities in the building. The house sits on a quiet, woodsy street a five minute walk to Collegetown and a few hundred feet from a very active bus stop. The house is cool in the summer/warm in the winter.
