The kitchen, living room and bedroom are one open area, with a private full bathroom. The building has coin operated washer & dryer for tenant's use, trash removal is included too but there is no off-street parking option. Tenants have to find street parking, if needed. Rent is $900/month which includes heat, hot water and cooking gas. Electric is not included but averages $35-$45 per month. The apartment is not furnished and is non-smoking.
