This single-level newly renovated apartment, is 1 of 2 units on property (located on the ground level, with the other rental unit located on the 2nd level). 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, 825sqft, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen & sleeps 6 people in 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, & the living room couch. No more than 1 dog allowed for an additional $100 pet fee. This home offers an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing, BBQing area with a gas grill (there are 2 gas grills on property, one for each unit), fully-equipped kitchen, off-street parking for up to 2 tandem cars, 2-bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with stand-up shower, and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 couch in the living room (not a pull-out couch). *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice. You may request cleaning service during your stay at an additional cost *We collect the first and last month's rent once the booking is confirmed (for 60+ days bookings) *We ask all guests, upon confirmation of the booking, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement.
