Welcome to "The Cammie Cabana", a Salisbury Beach dog-friendly rental just 1 block to the beach & 2 blocks to the Salisbury Center. This single-level newly renovated apartment, is 1 of 2 units on property (located on the 2nd level, with the other rental unit located on the ground floor). 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, 825sqft, fully furnished, fully stocked kitchen & sleeps 6 people in 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, & the living room couch. No more than 1 dog allowed for an additional $100 pet fee. This home offers an outdoor patio perfect for relaxing, BBQing area with a gas grill (there are 2 gas grills on property, one for each unit), fully-equipped kitchen, off-street parking for up to 2 tandem cars, 2-bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with shower tub, and comfortably sleeps 6 people in 1 queen bed, 1 twin-over-full bunk bed, and 1 couch in the living room (not a pull-out couch). * The owner pays all utilities. * We have Waivo damage protection. * Cleaning is required monthly, and inspections happen randomly at our discretion with 24 hours' notice. * No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs in or on property. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
