Enjoy fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and full fridge/freezer. 4-person dining table and additional 2-person high-top table situated in the entry way "porch". *No smoking or vaping of any product or substance is permitted in the Accommodations, common areas of the Building or near Building entrances *The owner pays all utilities * Booking includes and is protected by the Waivo damage protection program (Waivo fee is $25/stay) *Unit inspection is required once a month with 24-hour notice.
