The best part - you have your own personal view of the Chesapeake Bay! There is a boardwalk that stretches across the waterfront perfect for walks, bikes, and runs. It is walking distance from a fishing pier, small beach, and park, and nearby amazing, local dining, downtown Hampton entertainment, multiple hospitals, shopping, and easy access to neighboring cities. The home features a studio style apartment with all of the basics. Once you walk up the stairs on the side of the main house, you will open your private entrance to see a comfortable seating area, desk, clothing storage, and the dining area. The bed has a small amount of privacy as it is in the far back. The seating area has beautiful, large windows that open to allow fresh air in as well as a gorgeous view. The bathroom has a standing shower and storage, as well as towels for your stay. The kitchenette features hot pads, a microwave, and a mini fridge/freezer to store a small amount of food. This property is shared by a family in the main house. You can park alongside the fence in a guest designated location. We ask that you limit your vehicles to one, but let us know if you temporarily will require an additional spot. You will be provided a code upon check-in to access the apartment. The home has a gate to it that is not locked. You can manually open it upon entry or exit from the property. House Rules: 1. No parties 2. Quiet Hours outside are between 10 pm - 6 am. Please respect our neighbors! 3. No pets are authorized on this property. 4. No smoking or vaping 5. Please treat the home as if it were your own. The 'Management Fee' listed in your booking was for a non-refundable damage waiver. The $79 covers you for accidental damages up to $500. We ask that if anything does happen during your stay, please let us know immediately and send us a picture, so we can work on a remedy for the next guest. If something were to happen and the damages were to be over $500, you pay the difference over $500. Please keep in mind that this waiver does not apply to damages caused by animals, negligence, or results in excessive cleaning fees. GUEST VERIFICATION: I give permission to SafelyStay, Inc., to verify my identity, and check criminal databases in order to confirm my reservation. An additional lease agreement may be requested upon booking depending on length of stay. We require anyone booking the property to complete an online screening form. This will ask for basic information such as name, birth date, and address. This must be completed within 48 hours of the reservation creation and before check-in for that reservation. This allows us to verify the identity of the guest booking the property. If the online screening check fails, we have the right to cancel the reservation. Emergency Maintenance Line is provided in the unit If the maintenance issue results in health hazards, fire issues, or massive water leaks qualify as emergency maintenance. For all others, please wait until 8 am the following day to make the maintenance call to the same phone number. We have a digital guidebook for both the home and the area that you will get sent to you once you book the home. It will have things we recommend in the area, and we are always happy to provide some local insight. We have the home stocked with a starter kit for your stay including a roll of paper towels, extra trash bags for the kitchen, laundry soap, sponge and dish liquid, dishwasher liquid, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Supplies required over this amount will be the responsibility of the guests to purchase for their stay. There are several local stores very close to this property including Target and major grocery chains. Just reach out for any questions! The unit is month-to-month rental.
