This house is a two unit duplex house. Unit #2 is the ground level unit that has been freshly renovated with new paint and brand-new vinyl flooring throughout the house. All the appliances are brand new including the Washer/Dryer, New Microwave, and Refrigerator. This house is central located in Troy near the freeway so it's easy to get to Albany or anywhere in town. There is a hospital across the street as well. One year lease. Month to month after one year. The $1,500 rent includes the water, sewer, trash. The electricity, gas, internet and cable are not included. You will be responsible for shoveling the snow off the sidewalk in the winter and using a string trimmer weed wacker to trim the weeds that grow on the sidewalk in the summer (I provide the string trimmer.)
