This apartment is over 950 square feet and offers a spacious kitchen and indoor laundry room. There is a driveway and a nice small, private backyard patio area. The rules are simple but very strict. There are absolutely no pets, no smoking of any type and absolutely no drugs. Ideal candidates will have 600+ credit score, and no past evictions or convictions. Everyone 18 years or older must fill out an application and background check. No one moves into the apartment except those on the application. If the renter were to request that someone else move in, that person must submit an application and a background check and be approved before that person were to move in. Renter pays all utilities. Sorry, I do not accept Section-8. Rent is due the first of each month and to be paid using a transaction app such as CashApp or Venmo. Tenant pays the utilities to include power, water & sewage. The landlord handles the trash and recycling collection. This lease is for a full year. There is a deposit, which equals one month of rent, which is due at the time of the signing of the lease agreement.
