Literally next to everything you need: cafes, restaurants, bars, shopping, theaters, parks, and businesses. Very spacious loft with a great relaxed feel right on Wash Ave!. Lounge on the couch, answer some emails at the desk, or get a great night's sleep in your bed. Then, enjoy the city! Laundry facilities and rooftop deck with bbq grill and tables for a relaxing beverage or meal. I am 100% reachable all the time to answer any questions you may have and help make you feel comfortable getting in and out of the city. This is literally one of the best spots in the city. The vibes from the locals are one of the great things about this location! Sports fans can walk 10 minutes to a Cardinal's game, 5 minutes to the Rams stadium and 5 minutes to see the Blues. The Peabody Opera House and the Scottrade Center is a mere 5 minute walk, and the Convention Center is just 5 minutes away. The downtown grocery store/ food market and pharmacy is only a few blocks away, open 7 days a week. If arriving from the airport, the Metrolink train will take you right into downtown, get off at the Convention Center stop and walk 7 blocks to my loft. If arriving by car, there is metered parking on the street ($1/ hour from 8am-7pm, free on Sundays). There is also 24 parking for $2/hr or $18/day located 1 block north on 13TH ST. This unit is not furnished. No Smoking allowed. Owner pays for water, trash, and building management fees. Renter pays for electric and internet.
