We have a second floor 3 bedroom unit starting at $1,195 available December 1st. This could be a lease takeover meaning the prior security deposit will rollover to the new tenants. Regular office hours are 9am-12pm Monday - Friday with other times by appointment. Pictures are of a unit with the same floorplan but not necessarily the same unit. Dogs are not permitted in our second floor units; however, you can have up to 2 cats. Exceptionally nice apartments with very generous floor plans. All apartments have their own laundry rooms with washer/dryer hook-ups and 2 full bathrooms. Each unit has either a small yard or deck and some have a storage or computer room. Some with vinyl wood or tile/laminate floors. Each unit has its own locked entry door. You will live in a secluded setting within a wonderful neighborhood surrounded by nice single family homes. We are within walking distance to grocery and retail shopping about 10 minutes to the Dayton Mall and 15 minutes to the downtown district. You will find great schools within the Valley View School District a very pleasant place for families to find a home. Owner pays for trash, water, and sewer. Tenant responsible for electric, gas, and cable/internet. Please inquire about the pet policy and fee. We do not allow dogs in our upstairs units. There is 1 assigned parking spot for each unit.
