2 bedroom/1 bathroom, 1st floor apartment on the east end. This unit has original trim and exposed brick. High ceilings and large windows bring in lots of light. There is hardwood flooring in living room, kitchen, and first bedroom. Laminate flooring in the hall and other bedroom. Tile in bathroom. The first bedroom will fit a queen size bed or a king snugly. The second bedroom is smaller and will fit a queen. It has built in storage, and could also make a great office. The kitchen has a pantry and space for a small dining table. There is a small private deck attached to the back of this unit, that leads to a shared fenced-in back yard. This is a 3 unit building with quiet tenants. It is situated on Munjoy Hill (walk to the Eastern Prom in 10 minutes), but also close to Washington Ave, and downtown Portland (5-10 mins walk). Coin-op laundry available in basement. During city wide snow bans, parking is available for 1 small-medium size car. We have a strict no-smoking policy.
