With views of Casco Bay from the turret and front porch, this flat has 1880s period-specific charm, with added enhancements. Situated 100 feet from Eastern Prom (64-acre park and beautiful trail system), seconds away from Rosemont market, coffee shop, restaurants, St. Lawrence Arts/Theatre, bus stops, numerous walking trails, and minutes from the Old Port shopping district. We've remodeled the entire flat, including 2 new bathrooms, an open-format kitchen with a bar/barstools, a dining table, bench, and all new appliances (gas stove). There are street sweeping bans between 10-2 every other week on opposing sides of the street. Pets may be allowed, on a case-by-case basis. Occupier of the flat will be required to put trash and recycling out every Wednesday morning (or night prior). There will be a weekly or bimonthly visit (maximum 30 minutes) from a plant caretaker to water & fertilize the plants.
