The third floor also has a private entrance (pictured). The house is on a quiet residential street walking distance to both CMMC + St. Mary's hospitals and Bates College. Amenities include: new queen size mattress, desk and dresser, private bathroom including walk in shower, upgraded washer and dryer (shared), off street parking in driveway, and air-conditioning. No access to full kitchen but a mini fridge, microwave, and dishes are provided. Heat, internet, and electricity are also included. This is a non-smoking residence - no exceptions. This unit is for single occupancy only. Short or long term leases are acceptable.
