Located near Daffin Park, only a 5 minute drive from downtown Savannah's historical sights, and a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island Beaches. The suite apartment is attached to the main house, but has a separate entrance from our secluded backyard patio area. In the suite apartment we included a king bed. Two adult guests can stay here comfortably The suite apartment includes a full kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave. It also includes a washer and dryer. Private bathroom with standup shower. There is a smart TV and high speed wifi. Pets are welcome with a pet agreement and pet fee. This accommodation rents for 31 nights or more and guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided. Payment online though TurboTenant. $55 Application Fee The Live Oak Suite is an executive rental that includes furnishings and utilities. It is available for stays of 31 nights or longer. This property contains multiple rental units, all self-contained with separate entrances, but with at least one shared wall and shared outdoor space. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as detergent, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided. All yard maintenance and pest control are provided and we will quickly respond to any maintenance needs during your stay. No smoking. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis with a pet agreement and pet fee ($100 per pet).
