One block from the 2 train (winthrop ave or church ave). Organic supermarket, dollar store, meat / fish markets, laundromat, dry cleaners all 1 block away. Its one block from Downstate university and Kings County hospital. I love to work with Downstate University & King County students. I have worked with plenty of med students that are doing residency. I'm not going to lie, the restaurants are "meh" in this neighborhood. I'm the landlord / managing agent. No pets (sorry). No smoking. I'm not a broker. I'm willing to deal with brokers though. The bedroom can fit a queen size bed and is 11 feet by 8 feet. The entire apartment is about 425 square feet. Heat and cold/hot water is included in the rent. Tenant must pay for their own cooking gas and their electricity only. I've included some pictures of how the apartment looks like when its properly furnished.
