Sandbridge Beach Bay Getaway is located on the waters of Back Bay, which you may SUP or Kayak from our dock and an easy walk to the beach. It's the best of both worlds! Enjoy the friendly neighborhood, beautiful clean beach, and numerous outdoor activities. Take a scenic stroll from the apartment, surrounded by the bay and enjoy the magnificent sunset over the back bay water and grasslands, all while taking in the surrounding sounds of nature. The apartment is connected to the main house. My husband, 3 teen daughters, our little friendly dog, Lucy, and i live in the main house. Because the apartment is located on the bottom floor, you will hear footsteps from above. We have had numerous full time and short term renters for many years without complaints; i just want to make sure to share the details. Fully furnished apartment available October 11, 2023 -April 30, 2024 for a long term stay at the beach, we are flexible on dates if needed. Apartment offered at high season rates starting in May. Apartment includes private entrance and courtyard. Tenant may access the canal from the apartment. Tenant responsible for $250/month towards utilities. Apartment space is perfectly set up for 1-2 people to rent, incudes a desk for remote working/home office space. Five star reviews submitted by every guest that has rented!
