They have a very open floor plan, with beautiful large windows in the living room and bedrooms. The combined gross income for all tenants living in the unit must be equal to at least (3) times the monthly rental amount. We run a criminal background check, a credit history report, and a rental reference if applicable. The shortest lease we offer is a 6 month lease, with a short term lease fee of $100.00 per month. **Water, trash, and sewage are included in rent** Owner pays for water, trash, and sewage.
