This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is a second floor unit with amazing light. Located across from Nudy's on Bridge St., the unit is within walking distance of all the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street. Walk into the building through a secure entry. Once inside your unit you are in a well-appointed kitchen/living room. Further into the apartment is the bathroom, hall closet and bedroom. We take your safety and security very seriously. To that end our fire/smoke notification system will dispatch the fire company. The unit comes with one parking spot (a scarcity in Phoenixville). The property is pet friendly but given the size of the unit, we only allow one pet. We charge a pet rent of $50/month and a pet deposit. We require the first month, last month and one month of deposit to move in. All residents are required to purchase their own rental insurance. We screen all tenants. We review the following: previous rental reference and past eviction history, criminal background, personal and professional reference, proof of income and your credit.
