Large, bright three bedroom one bathroom apartment in the North East section of the City of Lancaster. The rooms in the apartment are large and there are ample closets for storage. The windows have all been replaced, so it is more efficient on the utility front and they all work well. The whole place was painted last year and it is in great shape. Most of the rooms are carpeted with the exception of the kitchen and bathroom. The carpets are cleaned between tenants. Location wise, the apartment is in the North East part of the city on a quieter street off the main corridors. It is a few blocks from the hospital and an easy walk to the rest of downtown Lancaster. It is also a great location if you need to commute to work and have a car since it is easy to get out of town and skip the high traffic parts of the city. We also have quite a few great places to eat and hang out at in this part of town. Laundry is not included with the base rent in this apartment, however it is possible to have the dedicated laundry room added for an additional fee. Tenants are responsible for the heat and electric bills. The heat and hot water are gas and the rest of the apartment is electric. While there is no off street parking with this apartment, parking on the street is free and there is plenty of it. If you really do need off street parking I do have a parking lot a few blocks over that I rent spaces in. The landlord is responsible for the water and trash bills and the other tenant in the building cares for the common areas. Pets are permitted, but there are pet fees and breed limitations. The rear porch for the apartment has direct access to a shared fenced yard. Smoking of any type is not permitted anywhere inside the property at any time - including through windows. Leases under one year are accepted in some circumstances for a premium. This apartment does not qualify for section 8 housing vouchers. A pre application is required before we schedule a showing (if you did not fill in the general Zillow information).
