Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Wake up to sunshine, grab coffee and sit out on one of two decks. Don your swim suit, grab a board, and walk 1.5 blocks to the North End beach. Return to outdoor heated shower and relax and read a book in the cosy reading area, do a jigsaw puzzle, or watch your favorite show from the comfortable couch on Internet TV. This is your home away from home. Well stocked, bright, airy, and clean. Coming up the exterior new stairs onto one of two decks, you enter through French patio doors into the bright open living room. Well appointed with creature comforts of home, you will start to relax the moment you breathe the ocean air. Well stocked kitchen with brand new stainless steel refrigerator and duel fuel range oven, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee machine. Laundry room on the middle floor, along with a half bath, reading nook, living and dining room. Taking the wide open staircase up you will find three bedrooms, a hall bath, with a claw foot tub and separate shower in the en-suite bathroom. King size bed, lots of closets and a large deck off the primary bedroom. Two bedrooms (queen beds) and wall to wall closets. Gorgeous hardwood oak floors. Two system HVAC maintains a cool temperature during summer and warmth in the winter. Down stairs is a hall closet, hall bathroom with tub/Shower, and large bedroom with pullout sofa bed (memory foam) and bunk beds. A utility room can be used as extra bedroom (full bed) or set up as a home office. Access the garage where you will find bikes and boards and other beach items. On-site parking for 3-4 cars. Wifi and internet TVS provided in living room, primary bedroom, and large bedroom/multipurpose room. Bring your Netflix, Hulu or Disney access and you're all set. A short 5 min walk (1000 feet/.2 miles) to the best beach in Virginia Beach - the North End, where you can spend your day swimming, reading, walking along the ocean front, waves lapping around your ankles! Or for the more adventurous grab a body board and ride the accessible waves. Perhaps you prefer to hike in First Landing State Park, with entrances a block away, or a short drive to the Oceanfront Resort area for nightlife and bustle. Great restaurants, shopping, and amenities all within 5-15 mins. Norfolk international airport is 30 min drive. This is my home away from home, and it could be yours.
