All utilities, Spectrum Cable, Netflix TV, Internet Access, and one bay in the two car garage are included in the rental contract. Rent is $1350.00 a month and THERE ARE NO OTHER BILLS, FEES OR CHARGES! There is a $1,000.00 deposit refundable if there are no damages and the apartment is left clean and rentable upon departure. This is a SMOKE and VAPING FREE environment that is well suited to mature adults. The garage is not attached but free standing. Please contact me for short term rental rates and to discuss possible pets. The apartment is leased as a corporate quarters and is fully furnished with all linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen. All utilities are included in the rent. Also Internet access, Spectrum Cable and Netflix TV are included in the rent plus a bay in the garage for one car. This is a great value compared to other rentals in the Sidney area as there are NO OTHER CHARGES - ALL INCLUSIVE. This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING apartment. There is a $1,000 deposit. The rate is $1350 a month for a three month lease but please contact me for weekly to monthly rates for a short term rental. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
