Enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Pinewood Suite (1st-floor apartment), fully renovated and professionally decorated. The space Bedroom 1: bedroom has a queen size bed *There is no ramp or elevator at this property. There is one full bathroom that is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55" Smart TV with cable and high-speed wifi. The full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed. Guest access Access is by private door with door code. Guests will have the entire unit to themselves. Other things to note House rules: Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated. No parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host) Check-in is anytime after 4PM Check-out Instructions - Check-out is 11am - Clean the dishes & return them. - Turn TV off - Leave AC on in summer and heat on in winter - Lock door behind you All utilities included We rent for initial leases of 30-89 days with options to renew monthly after pending availability.
