Great location for walking to the actives in New Albany. This location was a full remodel with in the last year. The location has been updated with new appliances, electric, flooring, cabinets, and HVAC. First floor unit with good tenants living on the 2nd floor. This will be a one year lease. First month's rent, and the security deposit is due at time of signing. There is a non refundable pet deposit of $300 for pets. No more than one dog or one cat is allowed. The rent will increase by $25 a month for a pet. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Must have utilities in tenants name prior to move in. Lawn care is included in the rent. All tenant is responsible for keeping the outside picked up from trash, and other debris. Trash cans can not be left in the alley must be brought up to the house after pick-up. This is an apartment so tenants must have mutual respect for each other.
