Magazine Street is only a block away, with restaurants, shopping and public bus transportation. The apartment has a really nice kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, gas stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher and seating space at the counter. The kitchen opens to a great room that renters can enjoy for dining, relaxing or entertaining. There is a large, fenced back yard that will be available to the renter and their approved/well behaved pet for relaxing, playing or entertaining. Laundry/dryer in unit. Owner lives in separate portion of the building. The apartment is unfurnished. Owner pays for electricity, gas, water, sewer/garbage/yard care. No smoking in apartment. Only on-street parking, which should be readily available. Pets are welcome, but will need to be approved and will require additional $300 deposit per pet. Rental agreement will be for 1 year, but less than 1 year may be arranged for a higher monthly rate. The renter will be responsible for damage to the property that is beyond normal use. The owner lives in another part of the building.
