Included in monthly rent are: -Electric (heating and air conditioned cooling) -Water/Sewer -Trash disposal - Internet/WiFi WHITEFISH: At the edge of Glacier National Park in the Northern Rocky Mountains is a vibrant town built around a shared appreciation of the wild. From the mountains rich with forests, lakes and rivers to the welcoming downtown, this is a place worth exploring. Charming downtown WHITEFISH has music in the park, great restaurants and shops, breweries, distilleries, theater, a golf course and a river runs through it for paddle boarding, and kayaking. We are a 25-minute drive to GLACIER NATIONAL PARK. 12 minutes to WHITEFISH LAKE BEACH. 25 minutes to FLATHEAD LAKE BEACH and 15 minutes to LES MASON STATE PARK/BEACH . WHITEFISH MOUNTAIN RESORT is a 20-minute drive up the mountain. A ski resort in the winter, there is much to do in the summer: Zip lines, world class mountain biking, Alpine slides, slide for the kids and more - SkiWhitefish.com. The CANADIAN BORDER is only 60 miles north. DEPOT PARK in downtown Whitefish is 5.4 miles / 11 minutes away. DEPOT PARK in downtown Kalispell is 9.9 miles / 19 minutes (a straight shot south down Highway 93). STUDIO -Interior - cozy rustic, a 'cabin-esque' interior with new major appliances, new cabinetry, new flooring, couch, and queen-size bed. -The studio is attached to an outbuilding garage. Owners park a vehicle in there in the winter only, also tools, storage. There is room in the garage for tenants to store luggage, mountain bikes, etc. Door from the unit to the garage can be locked. -Couch is dual reclining theater-style. - Large Screen TV with Roku and Chromecast for streaming from your own apps on your phone. -New private bath with hairdryer and starter bathroom essentials. -Full Kitchen is fully stocked with, dishes, glasses, cups, utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot, crock pot, toaster, blender, microwave, spices, herbs and more. -Entrance is private. There is an outdoor space with your own patio table, chairs, umbrella, shared gas grill and a guest favorite - firepit! -Starter Household supplies are provided - First Aid Kit, Trash bags, Cleaning supplies, Laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towel, There are dog-friendly HIKING TRAILS only 4 blocks from the studio, suitable for mountain bikers, and you may see a horse or two. DESIGNATED PARKING SPOT -Downtown Whitefish tips: -If you're looking to have a casual beer, coming down off the mountain apres-ski or just want to catch a burger and listen to live music later in the evening, then vintage pub THE GREAT NORTHERN BAR and GRILL in downtown Whitefish, a long-time favorite of locals, is the place. -On the downtown Whitefish finer dining end, there's TUPELO GRILL Cajun style cuisine, ABRUZZO Italian Kitchen and WASABI Sushi. Be sure to make reservations in advance for them. -And for more casual - still delicious - there's always Jersey Boys Pizzeria and Loula's Cafe, a local's favorite known for their pies. -Husband and Wife live on-site. We are always here if you need us, otherwise we are on the other side of the property. LEASE DURATION: The studio can be leased for as little as one month and may be extended. We welcome long-term leases. GUEST POLICY: -The maximum capacity for this unit is two adults. -A single tenant may have one adult overnight guest no more than six nights per month, with a limit of three consecutive nights per guest. -All guests must be identified in advance and a photo of their driver's license provided to the landlord three days in advance. -Tenant may NOT provide the key code to the guest. -Guest may not be on the premises when tenant is not present. -Guest must adhere to the same rules as tenant - no smoking indoors, no loud noise after 10pm, no illegal drugs, and guests may not bring pets. -All guests and invitees must adhere to the policies of this lease and the tenant shall be held responsible for compliance. Any damage incurred by guests will be deducted from tenant's security deposit. - One small dog or one cat will be considered. SNOW REMOVAL: Landlords take care of snow removal except when out-of-town, then it is the tenant's responsibility for removal in the proximity of the studio apartment. Landlord provides snowblower and shovels. MAINTENANCE: Landlord and tenant will do a walk-through inspection upon check-in and prior to check-out. Tenant is expected to leave the unit in the same clean, working condition that it was when first occupied.
