The current tenants are respectable neighbors! It is quiet here and hoping very much to keep it the same! The property is close to several bus routes and train service. It is in walking distance to supermarkets with one being a few blocks away. Property is also within walking distance of laundromat. We require three to one rent ratio to be considered for this apartment. This means that your income must be $700 x 3 = $2100.00. You must make at least $2100 per month in order to have enough income to rent this apartment. All income must be verified after application is made.
