The apartment faces the lake with a large patio that includes outdoor furniture, a picnic table and small grill. The yard is landscaped with flowers and shrubs. It is close to areas for summer/winter activities/hiking, fishing boating & skiing and restaurants. The roadway and parking lot are paved on a private dead end road. There are two parking spaces for the rental. The quiet owners live upstairs. They take care of the snow plowing in the winter. It is not handicapped accessible. The monthly rent includes heat, electricity, cable TV, internet and weekly trash removal. Renters sign a year's rental agreement. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
