Rent includes all utilities Heat, electricity, internet, AC, hot water, laundry, trash and snow removal. Applications work on a first come first serve basis, no waitlists. You must have an approved application prior to scheduling a showing. Building amenities include: Hotel-style main entrance lobby/lounge. The lower level features a TV lounge, free central laundry, fitness center, and 6x7 storage cages. Pets are welcome! The Flats has been designed with features for our furry friends including an indoor pet wash with a groomer's dryer and a professionally designed off leash play area! We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.
