This studio apartment is perfect for business or pleasure. All the furniture is top quality. The TV swivels so can be viewed by either sofa or the bed. There is a small table and chair for an office nook. The 3/4 bath has a stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen is limited but still equipped with the basics: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, hot plate and the usual small appliances (see picture). The cupboards and drawers have plates, cups, glassware, and silverware. Walking distance to Shane Park. UTILITIES: All utilities and Internet are provided. There is a $75 monthly cap on electric usage, and you are welcome to pay for any premium services you may desire. Comes with all appliances, including washer and dryer. Limited kitchen set up. Linens. Sorry, no pets. Application fee is $51 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee. NOTE: Blue Sage represents the owner. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion. We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable, combined, gross income of 3x rent or sufficient savings to live on, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history. Tenant required to have renter's insurance, which costs about $15-20 per month. We require first, last and deposit to move in. Deposit represents refundable security. Please note that the building is a duplex. This apartment faces 10th St. Please do not disturb the tenants.
