Heat is included in the rent, the tenants are responsible for all other utilities. The building has shared, coin-operated, laundry facilities in the basement of our property next door. Limited off-street parking is available for an additional fee ($95/month when available). The apartment is located a half block south of Brady St. We will accept up to two cats with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $150/cat. Heat included. Coin laundry.
