We do not accept a resuable tenant screening report nor co-signers. The credit score needs to be 620 or above, income 3x the rent in monthly gross wages with positive rental history. The security deposit is $750 with $250 non refundable for professional blind and carpet cleaning and needs to be paid after approval is received and lease is prepared.
