It is currently furnished - but we might be able to move some or all of the furnishing out for a long term renter. Utilities and WiFi included for additional $200 per month. No Smoking or Vaping anywhere on the property. Pets may be considered for the right situation. 3 month minimum rental - long term preferred. $200 non-refundable turnover fee.
