Not more than 450 ft., this is an apartment tucked into a 1920s farmhouse near Beaverton /Tigard straddle (Washington Square). If you have much furniture the place will displace you. For that reason it is most often rented solo. While compact, it does have some soothing features, including vaulted ceiling and skylight, a brick fireplace, a small deck with some landscaping to give a sense of privacy. The bathroom includes a bath tub. The kitchen is very small, but workable. We pay all of the utilities, except for gas. Without exception, your credit must be excellent as well as your employment and rental history. Cat only okay, and no extra charge. Security deposit of a month's rent required. There is a washer & dryer on site whose use is included in the rent.
