The Hillcrest Townhouse Apartments are in the heart of Lake Stevens Frontier Village. The Hillcrest has a great mix of 1- and 2-bedroom units. All of our ground floor 1 bedroom's units and 2 bedroom 1.5 have a charming view if the community courtyard. The 1-bedroom townhomes that are located downstairs have a patio, to accent the spacious living area. Every unit is exceptionally large and great for entertaining.
