The space is available furnished for a short- to mid-term lease, or for a longer lease we can remove furniture if desired. With two private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-sized bed and closet space, this apartment provides a quiet and comfortable retreat for your stay. A single roll-away is also available. The full bathroom includes dual sinks and a spacious tub. The living room is perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day, including a mini-fridge. The separate entrance provides privacy, while a partially shared staircase and shared laundry room are conveniently located at the front of the unit. The kitchenette includes everything you need for a simple meal or snack, including a coffee pot to start your morning. There is a full fridge, NutriChef countertop convection toaster oven with dual hot plates and grill, and basic supplies are also provided for your convenience. The artisan epoxy flooring adds character to the apartment and is adorned with area rugs to provide comfort and warmth underfoot. There is a shared furnace room that may occasionally need to be accessed, which also houses an electric water heater so no one has to wait on a hot shower! The nearby high school also provides occasionally background music with it's marching band, tennis courts, a track and many events. Monthly rent includes all utilities at or below the 24-month baseline for the property. Excess utilities will be billed as used. First/last + security deposit due at signing. Currently our laundry room is shared. We are building a second laundry room as part of a larger project to replace our garage. Construction is expected to begin in late 2023/early 2024 and last 4-6 months. New background and credit screening are required.
